The price for a 2-bedder is among the lowest of new launches starting from $1 million. A 2-bedder at Park Colonial, a similar new launch, is going from $1.15 million even though the unit size is smaller than Parc Esta. This is one of the projects that definitely sells for itself.
A few things to take note:
1. Being near major roads such as Jalan Eunos, Sims Avenue, Changi Road, the noise could be a daily norm. If you are concerned about noise, you can choose pool-facing units. Don’t worry about the privacy. Wide distance between opposite blocks ensures good privacy for every unit.
2. Top schools like Tao Nan, Kong Hwa and Maha Bodhi primary are all within 2km radius, but unfortunately there is no tier-1 schools within 1km.
3. There are currently no big malls and recreation options in the immediate neighbourhood. However there are 5 shopping malls at Bedok and Paya Lebar, which are only 2 MRT stations away.
